Where does Zypuh deliver?+

We currently serve the Greater Philadelphia metro area, South Jersey (Burlington, Camden, Gloucester, Atlantic, and Cape May counties), parts of Delaware, and eastern Pennsylvania. Our delivery footprint is expanding — email wholesale@zypuh.com to check if we cover your area.

How do I report a problem with my order?+

Email support@zypuh.com within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and a description of the issue. Include photos if applicable. We respond same-day during business hours.

I'm a farmer — how do I get listed?+

Email farmers@zypuh.com with information about your farm and what you grow, or visit our sellers page to learn more and apply. Onboarding typically takes 48 hours.

Do you offer wholesale pricing for large orders?+

Yes. We specialize in wholesale for restaurants, grocers, and bodegas. Email wholesale@zypuh.com with your business name, estimated volume, and delivery address, and we'll put together custom pricing for you.

What are your payment terms?+

Card payment at checkout is the default. Qualified wholesale buyers can apply for NET-15 terms — contact wholesale@zypuh.com for details.
