Who we are
Zypuh, Inc. (“Zypuh,” “we,” “our”) operates an online marketplace connecting farms, distributors, restaurants, grocers, and bodegas across New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and the broader Philadelphia metro region. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect when you visit our websites or use our apps, how we use that information, and the choices you have.

Information we collect
We collect information in three ways:
- Information you give us. When you create an account or place an order, you provide your name, business name, email address, phone number, delivery address, and (for sellers) farm details and payout information.
- Information about your activity. Orders you place, products you list, inventory you record, messages you send through the platform, and the pages you visit.
- Information collected automatically. Device type, browser, IP address, approximate location, and the cookies described below.
Payment information
Card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers, CVCs, or bank account credentials on our servers. Stripe gives us a token tied to your card so we can charge you for subsequent orders if you save a payment method. Review Stripe's privacy practices at stripe.com/privacy.
How we use information
- To run the marketplace — match buyers and sellers, route deliveries, calculate fees, and settle payouts.
- To send order confirmations, delivery updates, and account notifications.
- To detect fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.
- To improve the product — usage analytics, A/B testing, customer support.
- To comply with tax, food-safety, and other legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data to train third-party AI models without your explicit consent.
Who we share information with
- The other party to your transaction. When you buy from a seller, that seller sees your business name, delivery address, order contents, and any notes you include — they need this to fulfill the order.
- Delivery partners. Drivers and dispatchers receive the name, address, phone number, and contents needed to complete a delivery.
- Service providers. Stripe (payments), Supabase (hosting and auth), Resend (email), and Anthropic (AI features) process data on our behalf under contracts that restrict their use.
- Legal compliance. We disclose information when required by subpoena, court order, or to protect rights, safety, and property.
Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your cart, and measure how the site is used. You can clear cookies or block them in your browser settings, but parts of the site will not work if you do.
Data retention
We retain account and transaction records for as long as your account is active, plus the period required by tax and accounting laws (typically seven years for U.S. invoicing records). When you close an account, we delete or anonymize personal data we no longer need.
Your choices
- Access, correct, or download a copy of your personal data.
- Delete your account and associated personal data.
- Opt out of marketing emails (transactional emails will still send).
- California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and Utah residents have additional rights under state privacy laws. Email privacy@zypuh.com to exercise them.
Children
Zypuh is a B2B platform intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced by email and in-app at least 30 days before they take effect.
