Order by Wednesday for Friday delivery
Sellers prep and pack orders 48–72 hrs in advance. Early orders get priority on limited inventory — especially for seasonal or small-batch items. The 48-hour cutoff is hard: no changes, cancellations, or new orders inside that window.
Buy seasonal to cut costs 20–40%
In-season produce is 20–40% cheaper and fresher. Check the Prices page every week — we publish a live market sheet updated from USDA and Philadelphia terminal data. Ask your account rep for seasonal buying calendars.
Use standing orders to lock in your supply
Restaurants with standing orders never run out of staples. Lock in your weekly case of tomatoes or onions and sellers will reserve stock for you before listing it publicly. Standing orders also lock in today's price against weekly market fluctuations.
Inspect on delivery — flag issues within 24 hours
Take a photo of any quality issue at time of delivery. Claims filed within 24 hours of delivery are approved at a much higher rate. After 24 hours we need a strong paper trail. After 72 hours, short-shipment claims require driver confirmation.
Protect your account — never share credentials
Zypuh support will NEVER ask for your password or payment method via message. Enable two-factor authentication in Profile → Security. If you receive a suspicious message claiming to be Zypuh, report it immediately.
Understand your invoice before disputing
Review your receipt line by line before opening a billing ticket. Most 'overcharges' are weight variances (you ordered 10 lbs, received 10.4 lbs — billed at actual weight) or delivery fees for same-day orders. Open a ticket if anything still looks wrong.
